WORKSHOPS & GROUP CLASSES ARE THE PERFECT OPTION FOR SPORT AND FITNESS CLUBS OR CORPORATE GROUPS
I currently offer three styles of restorative fitness workshops/group classes based on yoga, Pilates and/or meditation principles.
Each workshop is 1hr long or can be tailored to your group’s needs.
Mobility & flexibility
You’ll learn how to safely stretch muscles, release tight fascia and improve the movement and function of joints. It’s a slow flow yoga class.
Strength & Stability
In this class I’ll teach the group how to correctly strengthen core muscles and develop good hip, shoulder and pelvic stability. Participants will learn how to improve posture for performance and rest. Expect to get a little sweaty in this class.
Meditation, Mindset & Breathing
Cool down the nervous system, calm the mind and sharpen your focus. In this session I’ll teach a number of different meditation techniques to improve diaphragmatic breathing, reduce anxiety and help you develop a winning mindset.
Workshops can also be purchased as a package of 3 and delivered over a number of days or weeks in the lead up to a fitness event. It’s the perfect way to prepare for the City2Surf, running and triathlon events.
