INITIAL CONSULTATION

What does the initial consult include?

Pre-session
I’ll get you to complete a short questionnaire that will help me to understand your goals, current issues and what’s currently holding you back.

During the session
Functional Movement Screen (FMS): A practical assessment that involves measuring seven fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain or known musculoskeletal injury and helps to identify limitations or asymmetries in the body.

Depending on the results of the FMS, we’ll complete approximately 1hr of practical exercises tailored to your needs complete with hands-on alignment corrections and support.

Post-session
A 1-week tailor-made program to kick-start your journey.

COST: $150 (1.5HRS)

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

What does the follow-up session include?

1hr of practical exercises tailored to your needs, complete with hands-on alignment corrections and support. 

Retesting using the FMS system. 

COST: $100 (1HR)
